Divemaster
PADI's first professional diver rating. This program develops your
diving and leadership abilities, as well as your theoretical knowledge
to a professional level.
Supervising dive activities and assisting instructors in their courses
are only some of a Divemaster's responsibilities. To enter the
Divemaster program the candidate must be over 18 years old, certified
as a Rescue Diver and have logged at least twenty dives. A minimum of
sixty dives is required for certification. Sea Bees Diving often
combines this course with a free internship that provides valuable
on-the-job training.
Due to the individual number of dives each candidate may need for
certification are we not able to quote a price for this program without
first receiving additional information from the candidate. The price
for this course is approximately € 666.-
Additional costs - PADI Application fee which also includes a one year PADI Professional Membership
It is mandatory for students to posses all the necessary course materials. Those materials are:
- PADI Divemaster Manual*
- RDP – all three versions (Wheel, table and eRDP including associated Instructions for Use booklets)
- The Encyclopedia of Recreational Diving
- Diving Knowledge Workbook
- Divemaster Slates
- Instructor Guides for programs Divemasters may conduct:
1. Discover Scuba Diving
2. Discover Snorkeling/Skin Diver Course
3. Scuba Review/Discover Local Diving
