The PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) Preparation Course minimum 3 days This program prepares PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors (OWSI) for the rating of PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT): a PADI Instructor who can teach at least 5 PADI specialties and thus teach an entire PADI Master Scuba Diver program. The courses are scheduled regularly throughout the year and can be conducted at more of less anytime, but are scheduled at the end of every IDC program after the IE. The MSDT generally starts with a day or two of classroom where we look through the instructor outlines, watch the DVDs, look at the various pieces of specialty equipment, followed by three to 5 days diving, depending on the specialties and dive destinations you have chosen. This is an important rating to achieve as early as possible after your IE which is why we have included it in our Diving Internship and Career Development packages. back to PADI IDC Instructor Courses
